A visit to the newly commissioned Aguiyi Ironsi Boulevard Road tells a story of a city whose nerve center has been revitalized. You can now drive around Umuahia with ease , thanks to the administration’s efforts to restore the capital’s former glory by fixing internal roads”

Otti has shown a strong commitment to the health of the people, by revitalizing tertiary health facilities like the Specialist Hospital in Umuahia, Amachara General Hospital and Abia State Teaching Hospital in Aba, added that plans are also underway to refurbish all General hospitals as well as primary health centers in the State.
