Treat Abia Pensioners and Workers Rightly ,Ugochi Akoma ,Nurses and Midwives Boss Tells Government

The Abia state Chairman of Nigerian Association of Nurses and midwives and NLC Abia state chapter Treasurer ,comrade Ugochi Akoma has called on the state government to work out means of ensuring that Abia workers and especially Abia state pensioners are rightly treated.
Speaking to Newsmen in Ibeku High school,during this 2019 May Day celebration, she attributed hunger to what the pensioners displayed at the May Day celebration ,saying a hungry man is an angry person, while urging the Governor to the pensioners.
She said ,the Abia state chapter of NLC is hopeful that the Governor would be happy to pay the new minimum wage of 30 thousand Naira ,adding that from the Governor ‘s statement on the issue of minimum wage, he was expecting more than that .
