*Tendering of Electoral Materials*
After Prof. Nwabueze’s exit, Dr. Levy Ozoukwu announced that the PDP and Atiku/Obi will request INEC to present materials from Niger State.
*Mild drama*
INEC however argued that the proposed schedule from the PDP is not known to them.
The INEC counsel however invited the Commission to present materials and currently, ballot boxes containing thump printed ballot papers from Jigawa, Kebbi, Niger and Yobe States are before the court.
INEC however requested the court to adjourn to a later date in order to allow them prepare for tendering. But the Tribunal ruled that the request for these materials were made by the PDP two months ago and agreed by all the parties to the case. The Tribunal therefore dismissed INEC’s request and ordered the commission to tender the materials as requested.
