Onitsha Archdiocese Loses Three Reverend Sisters
The remains of three Reverend Sisters of Immaculate Heart of Mary, Nkpor, under Onitsha Catholic Archdiocese have been reposed.
Governor Willie Obiano in company of his wife, Dr Ebelechkwu Obiano attended the funeral mass at the Novitiate Chapel of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Onitsha.
While Reverend Sister Mary Virginia Onuorah was born on 8th February 1943, her first and final profession were December, 1975 and September 1982 respectively. She died on 24th April, 2020.
Reverend Sister Mary Calasantics Kemakolam born on October 1949, had her first profession on December 1972, while her final profession was September 1981 and she died on April 26th 2020.
On the other hand, Reverend Sister Mary Lilia Idigo was born on October 28th 1945, had her first profession October 1969, her final profession was on September 1980. She died 28th April 2020.
Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief Primus Odili, Traditional Ruler of Aguleri, Igwe Mike Idigo, among others, attended the mass officiated by the Auxiliary Bishop of Onitsha Archdiocese, Most Reverend Dennis Isizo.
