The Old Students Association 1995 Set of Nsu Comprehensive High School Umuanunu , Ehime Mbano LGA,Imo state has formally held her first reunion of her members on the 1st of January,2023 at Motherland restaurant Umuakagu Nsu, describing it as a thing of joy and worthy of celebration
Addressing the gathering at the event,the Coordinator Steve Unegbu disclosed that the event came with a very commendable presentation of the Constitution of the body to serve as a working and guiding document that will facilitate the growth of the association.
He further commended the efforts of the members of the Constitution drafting committee led by Uchenna Nwosu for job well done as well as the members of the organizing committee led by Ugwunna Chima for the restless days and sleepless nights sacrificially invested beyond the call of duty.
Continuing, Unegbu expressed appreciation to all members for ensuring the success of the event.
His words,” I want to commend all our members, especially those who supported this event financially ,we have all done well.
” We must avail ourselves the opportunity,presented by this homecoming to renew acquaintances, reminisce on our teenage years spent in that great citadel of learning and forge new relationships” he said
In their separate speeches, few of the members who spoke to Newsmen expressed gratitude to God for keeping them alive to witness such an epic making event and thank the leadership of the Association led by Steve Unegbu for making such gathering a reality
