Professor Ikechi Mgbeoji has returned to the Abia state ministry of Agriculture to finish some of the credible programmes he started two years ago.
His words, ” Let me finish the programmes that I have started ,there is no point starting something afresh when there are some credible programmes that we started two years ago that we are yet to complete.
“We have to finish up these ones we have started first before starting new ones “
Interacting with Newsmen at the ministry of Agriculture shortly after his inauguration , Mgbeoji urged Abians to be hopeful that things will get better ,even as he acknowledged that these are really tough times ,but expressed optimism that this kind of times will not last forever.
He pointed out that Agriculture remains one of the best ways out of these difficult times,while urging Abians to embrace Agriculture.
He expressed appreciation to the Abia state Governor ,Dr Okezie Ikpeazu for the opportunity to contribute to the development of Abia state , especially in the area of Agriculture.
