The Methodist Church Nigeria,diocese of Nneochi Umumeze section in Umunneochi Local government Area, Abia State has lauded the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due process,Dr Oluebube A Chukwu for the positive impact he has been making on the lives of people, describing him as an illustrious son of Umunneochi
The Steward I of Grace Methodist Church Nigeria, Nneochi,Engr Uche Afuruobi, who disclosed this to Newsmen during the foundation block laying of the Presbyter’s office by Chief Dr Oluebube Chukwu on Sunday February,2024 held Umumeze section, said Chief Chukwu has been impacting on lives and empowering many people within Umunneochi Local government noting that many of the the beneficiaries are members of the church.
He revealed that during the harvest on 31st, December 2023, that the Church targeted to channel whatever would be raised to the building of the office and a budget of about seven million Naira would finish the building and though the church raised just a million plus but decided to take a step of faith by pursuing the project.
According to him,” Today,we are here gathered to take the first step which is laying the foundation for the project and by God’s grace our own person an illustrious son of Umumeze in whom we are well pleased is here to perform this unique assignment,Dr Oluebube A Chukwu within the few months that he came to the corridor of power as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due process,has made some giant strides, especially the positive impacts of Oluebube Chukwu Foundation on many lives within Umunneochi Local government and Isuochi in particular and our members are indeed part of the beneficiaries of both your Free Medical outreach and empowerment” he said
In his response, Dr Oluebube A Chukwu, expressed appreciation for the rare opportunity given to him to perform such a unique assignment in the church and thank God for using his Foundation to impact immensely on lives.
