Sir, your have indeed repositioned the livelihood of the Abia farmers who are mainly rural dwellers through your agricultural friendly policies which has made an uncommon impact on the lives of our farmers.

The fact that you expressly approved the implementation of all the DLIs (Disbursement Linked Indicators) related to Agriculture in the NG-CAREs project is a clear testimony to the fact that the lives, prosperity and progress of the downtrodden rural folks whose primary source of income depends on agriculture is paramount to you.

Indeed you remain the Kinetic Governor in all spheres of your administration having made such an indelible impact on the sand of time which posterity shall reckon with.
