Ike Okolo, President-General Of Obosi shot dead

The President-General of Obosi, Idemili North LGA, Anambra state, Hon. Ike Okolo, was reportely shot dead by unidentified persons Tuesday evening, at a filling station.

The community leader was murdered in his SUV vehicle, with the body visibly riddled with bullets according to reliable sources.

While some persons, linked the incident to a recent financial fracas, some others described it as a reprisal attack by a rival cult.

Two other victims were also reportedly shot dead in other parts of the community.

Obosi and a few other towns, have in recent times gained notoriety for frequent cult clashes and gang wars.
