COVID-19: Read What Emeka Okoroafor Did In Isuikwuato Today
In a bid to cushion the agonies of the masses instigated by the lockdown order, the Member representing Isuikwuato, in Abia State House of Assembly has donated food items and cash to the Vulnerable ones in his constituency.
Hon.Barr. Emeka Okoroafor, driven by comparison for the poor masses embarked on this task without giving a tinge of consideration to party’s affiliation, as everyone was accorded an equal right in the distribution of the various food items.
Addressing the crowd, Hon. Okoroafor came to office through the All Progressives Congress, APC charged the people to be courageous and hopeful, while assuring that the hardship prompted by the Coronavirus disease would in no distance time fizzle out
“I want you all to know that this situation will not see our end rather we will live to give God praise at last for the victory he has given us.”
Famous Reporters who visited the area disclosed that the people could not hold back their smiles as they chanted eulogies to their worthy son and assured him of their relentless support.
According to the people who unanimously expressed profound gratitude to Hon. Okoroafor, the latter’s intervention is apt as it was as though their world had crumbled, noting that virtually all of their hope was gone consequent on the adverse effects of the dreaded virus that is ravaging the entire globe.
“Our mouths are filled with thanks for your assistance. We are glad to have you as our son and we are really proud of you. We pray God Almighty to continue to bless and protect you in your political career.
“You have always shown to us that you are a politician with a difference. And for remembering us in this pathetic period, we owe you many thanks.”
Meanwhile, the distribution of the items and funds was performed through the various Chairmen of bothPDP, APC ward chairmen and Hon.Nkeiruka Onyejeocha foundation LGA and ward coordinators.
