COVID-19: COOL ROSY FOUNDATION DISBURSES FUNDS TO THE INDIGENTS AS PALLIATIVES TO CUSHION THE EFFECT OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC

There were smiles in the faces  the beneficiaries of the hand of help from the COOL ROSY FOUNDATION, a NON Governmental Organization ,whose mandate is to reach out to the less privileged ones and attend to their needs .
The COOL ROSY FOUNDATION led by their president, Mrs Rosemary Ngozi Amakwe ,has disbursed funds as palliatives to some indigent people to enable them cushion the economic effect of the covid-19 pandemic.
Speaking during the disbursement of the funds  at their office in Umuahia ,Abia state capital,the president ,Mrs Amakwe ,disclosed that Cool Rosy Foundation is a NON governmental organization with mandate to help the less privileged ones in the society .
According to her , ” In this period of coronavirus pandemic, we are trying to see how we can assist them ,by giving them a token for them to stock their homes ,just like we all have done and that is the major thing we have done today “
Amakwe ,pointed out further that apart from giving out the token ,” we also minister health tips and salvation to them and pray with them for God’s protection “
She further revealed that  ,besides reaching out to the less privileged ones, the Cool Rosy Organization helps the ministers of the Gospel of God  ,especially those who have financially challenges,adding that , ” what we are giving out is from God ,as we are giving out to you ,we are praying that covid-19 disease will not near you and your homes .Our message is salvation through Jesus Christ ” she maintained
Addressing the beneficiaries of the palliatives, the Director Clinicals ,Mrs Iroegbu Ene ,enjoined them to have confidence in God , noting that  ,” what is happening in the world now  is a  signal of the second coming of Christ. You must be God’s own ,so that this disease will not come near you. We have confidence that God protect ,as far as we apply all the medical advice  given to us by medical experts “
She urged them to maintain personal and environmental hygiene, adding that ,” we should eat things that are good for our health, such as local spices like tumeric, ginger ,garlic among others ” she urged .
Handing over the token to the less privileged ones ,the Director of prayers, Mrs Constance James ,who represented the Director of Administration, Mrs Ijeoma Ojiakor  ,urged  the beneficiaries to receive and utilize the token to stock their homes in this period of covid-19 pandemic and that it is  the  Cool Rosy Foundation way of  reaching out to them in this period.
In their separate speeches ,some of the beneficiaries, Favour Onyebuchi,Nkechi Nwokeafor ,Chinedu Deborah ,Akpan Utibe Titus ,commended and appreciated the Cool Rosy Foundation for their assistance,and prayed that God should reward them.
