As family, friends,followers and well -wishers gathered today, Sunday 18th May, 2025 at Blessed Chapel International Church Umuahia for thanksgiving service to mark Hon Chukwudi Apugo 50th birthday and subsequently the real entertainment and celebration galore took place at the celebrant home town Nkata Ibeku

Speaking at the Church thanksgiving held at Blessed Chapel International Church Umuahia,the Governor of Abia State, Dr Alex Otti congratulated Hon. Chukwudi Apugo on his 50th birthday celebration and expressed appreciation to God over his life.

Governor Otti who was represented by his Chief of Staff, Pastor Caleb Ajagba described Chukwudi Apugo as a man on a divine mission ,added that God separates those He chooses ,hence they impact much to humanity

Continuing, he informed that within two years of his administration, Abia has witnessed massive transformation in every part of the State.

In her speech,the Principal of Danijor International School Umuahia campus,Mrs Chinyere Diala,thanked God for the life of their proprietor Hon. Chukwudi Apugo.

According to her,” This is 50 years filled with God’s grace,mercies, kindness and favour. Years of dedication to humanity” she noted.

Earlier in his sermon,the Minister in charge of Blessed Chapel International Church Umuahia, Pastor Maduka Nwankwo urged Christians to emulate God’s love for mankind.

Preaching on the topic’love’,the Pastor enjoined Christians to always acknowledge God in everything they do as well as look for ways of reciprocating the love of God in their lives.

He encouraged the celebrant to always work and give generously to support the work of God on Earth.

Some of the notable Nigerians that attended the birthday anniversary include, former Governor of Abia State ,Dr Okezie Ikpeazu,Senator MAO Ohuabunwa,Chief Charles Ogbonna,Dr Cosmos Ndukwe,Dr Chima Anyaso, Dr Chima Nwafor, among others.
