The All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA 2023 candidate for Umuahia South state constituency Hon. Chief Emmanuel Egwu has declared in clear term that change must come in 2023 general election and that APGA is that alternative and solution Abians need.
Interacting with Newsmen during the Sensitization visit by the State working committee of the party in Umuahia South LGA , chief Egwu insisted that the wind of change is blowing and that what happened in 2015 in Abia is about to repeat itself added that he is convinced of getting the mandate of the people of Umuahia South to represent them at the state house of Assembly come 2023.
In his words,” I have my God and the people by my side.
” The wind of change is blowing,what happened in 2015 is about to repeat itself.
” I can only tell you that change must come and APGA is that alternative and that solution Abians need .
” I am convinced of my people giving me mandate to represent them,they have made a statement today that truly I am the chosen one.
He promised to pass bills that are people oriented and friendly that will impact in the lives of those who elevated him.
” I am going to draw the attention of my colleagues.it is going to be a collective thing ,we are going to pass people oriented bills that will impact in the lives of those who elected us .
” We are going to make pension bill Act compulsory one ,so that at the end of retirement of government civil servant, he must go home with his pension because these are deductions made from his salaries.
” Once a retiree is going home,he must go home with his pension”
