Chief Alex Ikwueche,a former local government chairman of Aba North has described the election for the Aba federal constituency as very peaceful.
Chief Ikwueche who made this disclosure at his ward in Aba said ,it is important that an Aba indigene is allowed to represent the Aba people at the National Assembly .
According to him,” I almost ran for this election and I took time to scrutinize the entire plan and I realized that it is imperative that we at least give opportunity for the indigene of this great community .And after taking my time to consult extensively and I decided to step down for my dear brother Chimaobi Ebisike and today you can see that the environment is peaceful and it is PDP all the way ‘”
